What we agree before starting
APIs can have limits, fees and approval requirements. WhatsApp depends on provider rules and applicable consent. Automation does not remove the need to review data, permissions and exceptions.

Do I need to stop using Excel or Google Sheets?
Not necessarily. If they meet the need, we can automate around them. If permissions, traceability or capacity are missing, we review another solution.
Does WhatsApp messaging cost money?
Provider or platform fees may apply. They are identified separately; we do not promise free unlimited messaging.
What happens if an integration fails?
We agree on validation, logs, alerts and recovery based on the workflow's risk. This is part of the scope and should not be left implicit.
